Hi! I’m glad that you only had a cholecystectomy. I had one, too. The infections and 2 hernia repairs that followed the stupid gall bladder op. made me sorry I’d bothered! Did they slice you, or use the little high-tech device?

I’ve been talking about firefighters for the past few weeks, as they’ve been much in the forefront. I was telling my son that, although I’ve risked my life for others, I don’t know how anyone can do that as a career. It must feel great to help all those folks, but to run INTO the burning building? And the heat plus the clothes plus the equipment. Well, you know! You guys are real heroes.

Yesterday I drove by the fire dept. and I was thinking about stopping in and giving each fireman $100 tip, but I was late for hip-hop class. And then I saw your screen name so I had to check U out! When U list your age as “from beyond the grave”, I figured U had to be one of “us” LiverNet peeps. But bad bile? U don’t know the meaning of the word! “a mile high pile of mighty vile bile” is what my son used to call me. Still does!

My son said “rot or not” is like hot or not, so it’s rating hotness. so I gave you a 5. then I read that it’s how zobiesque U look, i guess. oops. you look pretty healthy 2 me. Let’s be friends, eh?

Let me guess… Liver xplant? My2Livers here. Just found this wonderful site today. Noticed UR a firefighter, and I wanted to say “thanks 4 your heroism”. We’ve been having lots of fires in Cal. of late, and I can’t believe what the guys who fight those monsters go through. So thanks. And best wishes.
