Hey Zombie Rat, welcome to Crawl of the Dead!

We’re slowly growing and infact you’re one of the first Stateside zombies to join.
You might need to hunt down information on zombie crawls in your area (on sites like zombiewalks.com) but if you find one, you can add it to the sites Crawls section smile

Calling all Zombies: Crypton Houston Convention will be at Reliant the weekend of October 16-18! This is the first hometown horror con we’ve had in 14 years, and we need to keep it coming back! I’ve been talking with the constaff, and they plan to have a Zombie Walk, a Zombie ball, and a costume contest, among other undead-friendly events! Can we get a lot of zombies (from Houston and beyond) to spread the word in their local areas? I’ll have a flyer for the event soon, and I will happily share it with anyone who can attend so they can pass some out in their area. This convention will be annual in Houston, but they need our help to be an assured success! Especially if you are from Southeast Texas, you may be unable to go to Dallas, like me, for your horror cons. Everyone from the ZombiewalkHouston, “This con’s for you!” (But anyone around the world is invited). The website is: crypticonhouston.com

Thanks!

(I’ll start a new thread for this soon, but I’m on my BlackBerry, and the new post button doesn’t work on it, sorry!)

No flyer yet, and time is running short. We may have to settle for word-of-mouth. However, Crypticon Houston now has TV media set up! Channel CW39 News is slated to cover the zombie walk on Friday, for which I am now a judge. I have acquired trophies for the walk and I will be “zombifying” them up tonight. This will be an awesome event, so anyone who can make it, come on down! Get your zombies on TV, too!
