The zombie prom night is loooooming, so we at WZD London thought it time to let you guys know what is going on with it so far…

First off let’s recap on the basics:

When? Saturday April 4 2009, 7pm ‘til 2am.
Where? The Gaff, Holloway Road, N7.
What? An over 18’s zombie prom.

The theme for the night is “twisted Valentine’s”, so expect an appearance from zombie cupid and lots of grisly takes on romance. Come with your loved one or come ‘stag’ and find yourself a fresh corpse on the night itself!

This will be a ticketed event, priced at £10.00.
This price includes entry, a gruesome goodie bag, a zombie prom photograph, entertainment all night from DJs (Dead Jockeys) and two live bands. Confirmed already are The Dirty Wee Middens from Dundee, Scotland… http://www.myspace.com/themiddens.

Once they are gone, they’re gone! We will of course announce when they are available to buy, so you can get yer grubby hands on ‘em as soon as possible.

Also planned for the night is another fabulous raffle, giving you the chance to win a host of zombie-related prizes including DVDs, books, T-shirts and booze (okay, not zomb related as such, but still a great prize :D).
At midnight we shall crown our Zombie Prom King and Queen, voted for by the attending horde…

... and with that in mind we are urging you to make a special effort with your outfits and zombification for the evening! We want this to be an undead prom to remember, so pull out all the stops.

Lastly and most importantly, we want to make it clear that all profits from this event will go to St Mungo’s, London’s largest homeless charity. We are all about the fun but raising money for a worthy cause is what makes this ten times more rewarding and awesome.
