The horde shall meet once again, somewhere (to be confirmed) in London on 11th October and ye shall get bloody… and bloody drunk… and bloody wet if it rains again like last year.

Been looking at possible routes for next week. Have a peek here to famiarise yourselves. It’s mostly the same as last year, but there are three options… Thinking we can let the weather (PLEASE no rain this time!) and general horde mood decide on the day itself?
But whatever happens it’s: meet at Marble Arch at midday, shuffle around for an hour or so, then head off. Ending at The Intrepid Fox several hours later.
I am hoping to pick up a SIM card this week to set up another zombie hotline (aptly, the last number I used is now dead). So I’ll record a voicemail with details on that, as well as give out the number sometime this week, for any lost or late corpses to use as a contact on Sunday.

A few things to also address while I am here:
- Common sense prevails on z-crawls, especially ones involving pubs. Please be sensible with regards to interacting with members of the public! Scaring pregnant ladies, old people and tiny kids is kind of mean and wrong, so be a little discerning in your zombing, please! Also don’t aggravate shop workers, police, etc. Don’t mean to sound like we’re lecturing, but WZD can’t be held accountable for the behaviour of members of the horde. Remember you are responsible for your own actions on the day.
- If you are coming to take photos/watch rather than participate directly; it’s worth knowing that you might get some red on you 
We have “Victim” signs left over from prom if anyone wants to wear one and become a light snack for us at some point!
- We are going to have flyers featuring the above Justgiving address to hand out on the day. Would anyone like to volunteer to hand a pile out for us, please?
- I remain characteristically indecisive about whether we’ll have a raffle, or hand out small prizes for costumes… Therefore, just to be safe please bring some extra cash! Just talking horror DVDs/CDs/T-shirts and the like, but free swag is good swag, right? Obviously if there is a raffle, all proceeds go to St Mungo’s.
With either option, in order to cut down on the chance of us, or you drunkenly losing said prizes on the day, we are thinking of collecting addresses of winners, in order to mail out the booty in the week following Oct 11. More on that before the day, promise!
